The Deluxe Kitchen Safety Pack is the perfect solution for all round protection in the kitchen where cooking involves fat or oils. The deluxe kitchen fire safety consists of one number 1m x 1m fire square blanket and one number 2ltr Wet Chemical Fire Extinguisher.

Fire blankets are ideal to use in kitchens as they will quickly extinguish most kitchen fires. Our range of fire blankets add additional fire safety protection for the kitchen, home and office environment. They are also perfect for use on boats and caravans. Manufactured to British Standards, fire blankets are a must for any domestic or industrial kitchen environment. Make sure that you team your fire blanket with a wet checmical fire extinguisher or a dry powder fire extinguisher for complete fire safety protection. Fire blankets are suitable for kitchen fires such as those involving cooking oil and fats pans etc. They can also be used for fires such as those in waste bins and for clothing fires. Fire blankets are suitable for use on any fire that can be smothered or wrapped.

WET CHEMICAL FIRE EXTINGUISHERS:
Wet chemical fire extinguishers are suitable for use on deep fat fryer and cooking oil fires (Class F) and also offer protection against general A class fires (such as paper, wood, straw, textiles and coal etc.). The small and compact 2ltr f-class fire extinguishers are perfect for use in small commerical kitchens as well as mobile catering units and domestic kitchens. The extinguishers can be used from between 1 and 2 metres away from the fire helping to ensure the safety of the fire extinguisher operator. F-class fire extinguishers are the ONLY fire extinguishers that can combat fat fires. The f-class fire extinguishers are safe for inadvertent use on live electrical equipment up to 1,000 volts at a distance of 1 metre meaning added protection for users if electrical equipment is also present in the kitchen environment (such as ovens, electrical sockets, light fittings, microwave ovens etc). The fire extinguishers are stored pressure fire extinguishers meaning that they are supplied ready filled and pressurised. The fire extinguishers also feature an easy to read pressure gauge. The pressure gauge helps to ensure that the fire extinguisher is safe for use: if the fire extinguisher is pressurised and ready for use, the pressure gauge will be in the green zone. If the fire extinguisher has lost pressure, the reading will be in the red zone and requires remedial attention.
