Fire extinguisher extras:
Firemart also offers a wide range of fire extinguisher and fire equipment identification signs which are available in white rigid plastic as well as photo luminescent (glow in the dark). For the mounting and display of fire extinguishers, we have a great range of fire extinguisher backboards available in a large choice of colours (white, silver, black and beech) making them perfect for any environment. Pre-delivery inspection of fire extinguishers:
Firemart can carry out a pre-delivery inspection of your fire extinguisher(s) before they leave our warehouse. A trained fire extinguisher service engineer will carry out the pre-delivery inspection and a signed and dated maintenance/service label will be added to the fire extinguisher. The pre-delivery inspection label will indicate the date that the PDI was completed, the recorded weight of the fire extinguisher as well as the date that the next fire extinguisher service is required. The label will also indicate the dates that five yearly discharge tests (for powder, water, foam and wet chemical fire extinguishers) or an overhaul test at ten years for carbon dioxide fire extinguishers will be required. It is recommended that fire extinguishers are serviced every twelve months by a trained fire extinguisher engineer.

Standard red fire extinguishers:
Our standard red fire extinguishers range offers great value for money and includes great value carbon dioxide, foam, water, wet chemical and powder fire extinguishers. All of our standard fire extinguisher range is CE Marked and all fire extinguishers come with a one year guarantee.

Premier Kitemarked range:
Our Kitemarked premier range of fire extinguishers offer the BS EN3 Kitemark. The Kitemark on a portable fire extinguisher provides a visible endorsement and quality approval from the British Standards Institution (BSi). As a step up from our standard red range we have the Kitemarked Fire Extinguisher range which offers a wide range of carbon dioxide, foam, powder, water and wet chemical fire extinguishers. Each extinguisher offers BS EN 3 approval and is CE Marked and comes with a five year guarantee.

Chrome fire extinguishers:
Our polished chrome fire extinguishers are aimed at the more style conscious or prestigious office, like a design studio or a showroom environment. Our polished chrome fire extinguishers are made using exactly the same materials and processes that go into the construction of our standard red fire extinguishers. Chrome fire extinguisher are also popular for use in clean room environments as they can be quickly and easily wiped. You can choose from a wide range of carbon dioxide, water, foam and ABC dry powder fire extinguishers. Chrome fire extinguishers are manufactured using high quality, non-corroding stainless steel (except the carbon dioxide chrome fire extinguishers) ensuring that they are aesthetically pleasing as well as offering great fire safety protection. The fire extinguisher are highly polished to ensure a high quality mirror polish finish.

Firemart also offers an excellent range of free standing chrome fire safety stands that chrome fire extinguishers quickly and easily fit on. Our Jonesco and universal fire safety stands also offer options in grey and marble grey which offer robust opportunities for displaying fire extinguishers. All chrome fire extinguishers are supplied complete with bracket which means that they can be quickly and easily wall mounted or they can be fitted to a fire safety stand. As chrome fire extinguishers are not painted red they do not display the BS EN3 Kitemark. However, all chrome fire extinguisher are manufactured using the same components and stringent safety procedures as our standard red fir extinguisher range.

Automatic fire extinguishers:
Automatic fire extinguishers are ideal for use in areas that are left unattended or are not supervised such as boat engines, computer and electrical cabinets, boiler rooms, garages, small warehouses, stores and so on. The Firemart automatic fire extinguishers come in a variety of sizes and are available in ABC Dry Powder format and HFC 227 clean agent gas. The automatic dry powder fire extinguishers are ideal for fires involving Class A, B or C fires and have high fire fighting capacities as well as representing excellent value for money. The HFC 227 clean agent gas are ideal for use with expensive electrical and other equipment as the gas will not leave any residue when it has been used. HFC 227 automatic fire extinguishers also protect against Class A, B and C fires and do not harm the environment. All of our automatic fire extinguishers are quick and easy to install and include brackets so that they can be ceiling or wall mounted.

Eco Fire Extinguishers:
In today's environment, being environmentally friendly is becoming increasingly necessary. The new eco range of fire extinguishers allows customers to choose fire extinguishers that have little or no negative environmental impacts! Where Class A fire risks occur then you should use a water fire extinguisher. All of the Firemart Water Fire Extinguishers are filled only with PURE WATER making them perfect for the eco minded. The standard water fire extinguishers from Firemart are CE marked and offer a one year guarantee. The Kitemarked water fire extinguishers offer a five year guarantee and are BS EN 3 Kitemarked and CE Marked. All of our eco friendly foam fire extinguishers offer a five year guarantee and are BS EN 3 Kitemarked and CE Marked. Anti Freeze Extinguishers:
Our range of Foam and Water Fire Extinguishers allow the fire extinguishers to be stored and used in environments where temperatures as low as -20oC may be experienced. Such places may include garages, workshops, factories, warehouses, boats, airports, cold stores, shops and supermarkets, railway stations, airports and many more applications. The Freeze Protected Fire Extinguishers are offered in two models: 6ltr foam fire extinguisher and 9ltr water fire extinguisher. The water fire extinguisher is suitable for use on Class A fires and the Foam fire extinguisher can be used on Class A and B fires. Both fire extinguishers offer a five year guarantee and are BS EN 3 Kitemarked and CE approved.

Tandem Extinguishers:
The Firemart Tandem Dual purpose fire extinguishers are two fire extinguishers in one! Available in three models (6kg ABC Dry Powder, 12kg ABC Dry Powder and 9ltr Foam), the tandem fire extinguishers can be used as a standard fire extinguisher or they can be used as automatic fire extinguishers. The automatic sprinkler head will activate if the fire extinguisher senses a fire and the contents of the fire extinguishers will be discharged therefore providing protection for an area of between 4 and 6metres. These fire extinguishers are perfect for use in environments where people are not always present such as building sites, cabins and offices.

MED Approved Extinguishers:
A new range of fire extinguisher from Firemart that are all Ship's Wheel MED (Marine Equipment Directive approved) making them suitable for use on boats and maritime craft. All MED approved Fire Extinguishers are approved to Marine Equipment Directive 96/98/EG. The fire extinguishers are also BS EN 3 Kitemarked and CE Marked. All MED approved fire extinguishers are guaranteed for five years.
